1/30/2012: We just upgraded to the third ( >.> ) build of CraftBukkit for 1.1.
Say goobye to DarkCombat! Due to the Mojang’s frequent updating, DarkTide has reverted to the vanilla combat system. What does this mean? Well, first and foremost, the cooldown or “timer delay” is gone. You no longer have to wait between your hits to achieve maximum damage, so spam away! Secondly, all of the weapons now possess their original damage values. That means picks do not do extra damage against armour, shovels do not root, etc. This may or may not be permanent, depending on the community’s reaction, so now is your chance to get out there and do some testing! Bring out the stone swords, and spam to your heart’s desire.
